Notaries will be at St. Paul's Sunday, November 3 between services to help certify your absentee ballot.

When you go to a notary to have your absentee ballot affidavit notarized in Oklahoma,
you’ll need to bring the following:

1. Your absentee ballot packet: This includes the ballot itself, the white “Secrecy”
envelope, the yellow affidavit envelope, and the green return envelope.
2. A valid form of identification: This can be a driver’s license, state ID, passport, or
other government-issued ID.
3. The affidavit envelope: This is where you will sign and have your signature
notarized. Make sure that the yellow envelope is completely blank. You may mark
your ballot, put it in the secrecy envelope and put it in the yellow affidavit envelope
before the final step with the notary if you wish, but do not write on the yellow
envelope until you are before the notary.

Ballots must be RECEIVED (not postmarked) by the county election board by 7 pm on
election day so DO NOT MAIL this ballot.  It will not get there on time. There are no drop boxes.

CAUTION – IMPORTANT – ABSENTEE BALLOTS BROUGHT IN BY HAND CAN ONLY BE BROUGHT IN ON MONDAY, NOVEMBER 4.

You must deliver your absentee ballot in person yourself with valid ID to your County Election Board

Hand delivered absentee ballots are NOT accepted on Election Day, November 5.
