The Christmas liturgical season is a time to celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ and the gift of salvation he brought into the world. It begins on Christmas Day, December 25, and ends with the Feast of the Baptism of the Lord, which is usually celebrated on the first Sunday after Epiphany.
