St. Paul's Church School seeks to provide a safe and loving environment where children find and love Jesus; explore His Word; build relationships with His family; and discover their own God-given uniqueness. We do this with volunteer lay teachers, typically two to three per class, who unselfishly commit year by year to nurture children from pre-school through senior high school. Typically running from mid-September through late May, we meet between the 9:00 and 11:00 AM services, also known as the 10:10 time. Our classes and curricula are as follows:

• 2 & 3 year olds - learning through play
• 4 & 5 year olds - Godly Play curriculum, based on Jerome Berryman's work in the Montessori tradition
• 1st - 2nd grades - Seasons of the Spirit, lectionary based, and Special Communion preparation in alternate years
• 3rd - 5th grades - Seasons of the Spirit
• 6th - 8th grades - Seasons of the Spirit, and Rite 13, first phase of Journy to Adulthood, in alternate years
• 9th - 12th grades - Journey to Adulthood (J2A)

Our class composition can vary from year to year depending on enrollment in each grade.

In addition to Sunday morning classes, the Church School sponsors &/or participates in special events in the life of the church. One such special occasion is the "Advent Event," a parish-wide gathering of seasonal crafts and wrapping the shoeboxes we then fill with gifts to share with others.  Also, typically, once each year the late primary class shares a dramatic presentation at the Adult Forum time.
